  • Legal due diligence and compliance verification
  • Transaction coordination and ownership transfer
  • Proof of funds documentation

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • Not be a resident of a sanctioned country or jurisdiction
  • Successfully complete our KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process

4. KYC/AML Compliance

5.3 Transaction Fees

Our service fees are disclosed upfront before any transaction is confirmed. Additional fees may apply from third-party service providers (e.g., notaries, registration offices, blockchain network fees). All fees will be communicated transparently.

6. Asset Purchases

Billinary acts as a facilitator and intermediary in asset transactions. While we conduct due diligence on assets and counterparties:

  • We do not guarantee the condition, value, or suitability of any asset
  • Final purchase decisions are the responsibility of the buyer
  • We recommend independent legal and financial advice for all transactions
  • Local laws and regulations of the asset's jurisdiction apply to the purchase

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Billinary website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Billinary or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Billinary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific transaction in question
  • We are not liable for losses resulting from blockchain network failures, smart contract vulnerabilities, or third-party service disruptions

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Billinary, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Termination
